As a compassionate and accomplished professional, I specialize in supporting individuals who struggle with interpersonal difficulties, anger management, anxiety, depression, regulating their emotions, and more.

Having previously worked in the business and real estate worlds, I understand how to navigate the struggles in my clients’ professional and personal lives, identifying patterns, tools, or transferable skills to help them better manage any obstacles or challenges they face.
